The fine sand recycling machine’s main function is to recover lost fine sand during the washing process. Wastewater from the sand washer flows into the machine’s cleaning box, and the slug-slurry pump delivers the sand-water mixture to the hydrocyclone. In the hydrocyclone, fine particles are centrifuged, classified, and concentrated before being discharged onto the dewatering screen. The screen separates the sand from water, and the treated fine sand exits through the discharge port. This machine is widely used in artificial sand production, tailings recovery, quartz sand processing, etc.
