The hammer crusher uses high-speed, rotating hammers to break materials into smaller pieces. Driven by a motor, the rotor spins rapidly, causing the hammers to strike raw materials and throw them against the impact liner plate. The material is repeatedly smashed until they achieve the desired size and pass through the grate screen. The hammer crusher is ideal for medium and fine crushing of materials below medium hardness.
