It has the characteristics of low cost, good cleaning effect and low power consumption. If the sand is fine, a fine sand recycling machine can be added to reduce the loss of fine sand.
Working process:
The conveyor sends the sand to be cleaned into the cleaning tank, and the sand rolls together under the drive of the impeller and the blade, and is continuously brought up and then dropped down again. During this process, dirt and impurities from the surface of the sand are removed. Then, after being cleaned by the water in the cleaning tank, the impurities will be taken away by the water flow, and at the same time, the cleaned sand will be discharged with the discharge tank.
